America is in a time of ethical crisis. In the past century, organizations like the A.C.L.U. have done a great deal of damage to the moral basis of our culture.They have secularized public schools, and continue to attack Christian values in our legal system as well. Unborn babies are legally killed as useless and expendable burdens. I might add that millions of these lives end because of failed families. Millions of Americans live in dysfunctional families, and those families spawn more abortions, ruin teenagers lives, and end life-long covenants between married couples.
If our nation would return to the bilbical princibles that it was founded on, than all these problems would be solved. Abortions would be dramatically fewer, not to mention illegal. Teenagers would remain pure until married, and couples who made life-long covenants to each other would remain together. Public school would willingly teach the truth of God's Word, the Bible, and more parents would play bigger roles in raising their kids to be strong Christians, and intelligent members of their communities.

Yet these problems are only minor manifestations of the real problem. The problem is ultimately sin - rebellion against God himself. And there is only one solution for that. It's not merely "bringing our nation back to the biblical principles", for if those rules are merely forced upon people, they will merely decay again. The solution is the gospel. People need to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and his work on the cross. That's what changes lives. That's what revives the people. That's what we need to actively share today.
